【Technique characteristics】: High quality Cumin(Cuminum cyminum L.) as raw material, refined by supercritical CO2 extraction -molecular distillation. 

【Main ingredient】: Cuminaldehyde,Cuminalcohol,terpinene,2(10)-pinene,A small amount of fatty acids 

【Product specification】: condensed essence of 1:20, namely, every gram of the product equals to 20g dry Cumin or 80g fresh Cumin.

【Usage and dosage】: apply proper amount according to food technique. Reference amount: instant noodles and ham sausage 0.1—0.2%; seasoning and quick-frozen food 0.05—0.1%.
